Last minute reminder that baby bottles are to be returned by August 1st.
On Saturday October 16th at 10:00 AM, St. Paul's Church is holding a seminar called "Griefshare - Surviving The Holidays".
With the loss of a loved one, you know that everything has changed and that happy memories can't be recreated with the ones we've lost. Are you wondering how you will survive the weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas? Then this seminar may be for you.
You'll hear ideas about:
• How to deal with the many emotions you'll face during the holidays.
• What to do about traditions and other coming changes.
• Helpful tips for surviving the upcoming social events.
• How to discover hope for your future.
The seminar will be approximately two hours in length, and consists of a video, workbook, and discussion of available resources. This seminar will be open to everyone who wishes to attend. Please also be thinking about telling anyone you know who might be interested in attending.
Volunteers will be needed to help in several areas - promoting, greeting, refreshments, and possibly child care. If you are interested in helping in any of these areas, please let Ken or Cathy Nelson know.
Sign up sheets for attending and flyers about the seminar, are available on the table in the back of the Fellowship Hall. If you would like to sign up for the seminar online, or find out more information about it, head to:
